Itís still available on-demand if youíve got HBO.

I almost felt bad for the guy. I had never read too much about his upbringing. Of course, I knew the common idea that his dad was tough, had a plan, etc, but the doc seems to suggest that his off-course shenanigans resulted from what was modeled to him growing up/escape from attention with which he was never comfortable.
