FEX DGL 115’s
« on: August 13, 2019, 11:36:45 AM »
I went back 10 pages and couldn’t find the latest thread on these. What’s the consensus compared to Roddio’s and other graphite irons? Play stiff to flex? Smooth? Looking for mid/low ball flight.

Had the 120's in a set of Yoro MP4's. Mid to high flight for me. Looked bloody gorgeous though! I think Roddios felt better. I'd be interested in playing a set of the 90's in x and 115's in wedges.....Could be stunning.

Tried the fex prototype (115 or 120 grams ?)before, true to flex but still high ball flight. Currently have the fex dgl 90 which feels the same stiff with high ball flight. Roddio i10 is smoother but still high ball flight. The crazy cb2 is probably the only graphite shafts i tried that is low launching/ low spinning.

I had the 90 stiff for a while.  These play a lot stiffer than roddio stiff flex.

These are my favorite shafts, graphite or steel.  For me they are mid launch and work, feel noticeably better than the Roddio's.

My two main iron sets are shafted with these now. Going to start looking for another set.

Interesting how we all have different reviews of shafts.
