Information on this Astro Tour driver head?
« on: December 18, 2018, 12:47:17 PM »
Can anyone give me any information on this Astro Tour driver head?  Does anyone know what year it was introduced and what type of titanium it was made with?

SP700.  The older models have low resale value as newer ones
like VII/VIII get an extra 10 to 15 yards distance:

Just to clarify, the newer models have SP700 face and are 10-15yds longer than the older models, such as the one the OP posted about?

My experience pretty much matched the video.  I picked up several older ones for the shafts
that were on them, v460, d460, vs460.  Someone with a slower than average swing speed
might work with the Premium series.  The best looking paint job was the "Premium 460"
with the green glow in the black paint.
