Anybody give these a try yet?

Feel free to move, Matt, if you prefer this go in the US section.

I didn't understand how these were worth the price difference over a regular KBS Tour.

I hear you, Nob. I am curious, though, I must say.  I'm moving away from CTapers and narrowing down.  The idea of a better feeling, slightly heavier Tour V (or lowering spinning Tour) is interesting.  I will have a bunch of sets to build, so I'm hoping these aren't better suited than the following:

- Shimada Tour Mid (K's 115) S
- Shimada Tour S
- KBS Tour 115
- KBS Tour 120
- DG S200 CPT

I may wind up with a blend of those shafts, trying to match to heads optimally.  Stew and I are functionally brothers, I think.

Ok then, I'll go first.

These are the best steel iron shafts I've tried/gamed. Easily.
Feel nearly as good as my best graphite, but these are more stable, and I mean just no side spin! I can make anything go left or right but so far I haven't lost a ball when using these. Slightly higher flight than C-Taper, but they just don't move. It's weird how they do this but it gives you tons of confidence. No problem with backspin either, i.e, I can get them to back up (not at will, I'm not that good!).

As steel shafts go these are not cheap, but definitely worth it if they fit your swing. I'd recommend them to anyone. And they look cool in black :)
