The Cobra has been handed back, I spent a good while trying out the M1,M2, Epic, Epic SZ and Mizuno drivers, I settled on the 9.5 M2, it was giving me good numbers and felt/sounded the best overall.

Yes the 2017 M2, I really really liked the Cobra but after it breaking twice I have lost confidence in it.

I assume it broke near to the hozel adapter?

Yes both times!! Is this common/something you have heard about? I can't believe that two project x Hzrdus yellow shafts, a manufacturer shaft and one a handcrafted one broke. I've never broken any other driver or club before!

I haven't read about px shafts or Cobra heads in particular. Maybe someone with your swing speed needs a shaft with Torayca T1100 in the mix, but mainly in the tip for added strength. Loads of them out there at the moment including hzrdus.

Well I've just got my hands on a brand new uncut Tour Issue Fujikura Speeder 661 Evolution II Flex-X shaft, will put that in there and see how it goes, also going to give the T1100
a go.

I'm playing mine with a Fire Express RB 6 shaft and all good for the moment. Although I must say the head is really quite heavy (so good for a shorter build) and the tip end of the shaft looks oh so thin....

Yea great for a shorter build. Playing my LTD pro at 44".
