Peeps, the Bridge j15f and j15h with Fubuki AT/AX shafts are awesome.
j15h 23* with Fubuki AX400s.
Tee; mid to high launch and super stable with a very powerful feel and sound, like a strong 'ting' off the face. Long too. 324 par 4, left with a 80yd sw in.
Deck; mid launch. Easy to get in the air off the short stuff and glides through the semi with ease. Following a rubbish drive and a chip back over some trees on a 505 par 5, I had 250 to the green from light rough, I have a 30yd chip 'n' run left.
j15f 18* with Fubuki AT70x
Tee; Same as the hybrid in every way.
Deck; Lower launch and very stable. Can be stepped on at will. 535 par 5 in two with two 5 woods.
Love the look of both of these, the all black head and white shaft. I swapped out the 6g weight that came standard in both heads for an 8g as I felt I needed to feel the heads more in my swing after fitting the heavier Fubukis compared to stock.
Trying to get hold of a Fubuki K60x for my j715 driver and possibly some i425's for my irons. We'll see.
Overlook these Bridgestones and Fubukis at your peril.
I had a fitting at a Callaway demo day a couple of weeks ago and the guy in the pro shop said that the Callaways would beat my Bridgestones (with stock shafts at the time)...........they didn't.
