Put a couple of sets on the machine to measure and would seem almost every iron is 1*-2.5* flat.  That explains the power fade on so many shots.
1* flat vs the Manufacturers's specs?  Or 1* flat vs your preferred specs?

* to my spec.  I play 38.5" length and 62* lie angle in a 5 iron.  I increment 0.5" and 1* per iron. Some mfg use 1* lie angle changes and others use 0.5*, the 0.5" seems fairly standard.

Good soft forgings do lose there alignment over time so it doesn't hurt to check specs every now and again if you can.  Glad I can do it easily now.

Interesting find on the lie angle. Iíve often thought it is probably the most overlooked spec in golf and wonít even put a new set into play until theyíve been checked and set correctly as Iíve learned over the years what lie I need for each club length.

Pulled out the old RomaRo Pro to make sure the Roddio I10 SX is still a good fit for me before putting into the TS909s.

@MBBG, how much variation do you have on lie angle from club to club beyond a consistent progression?  Do you have consistent progression in length and loft?

1/2Ē length .5* lie. I basically play off a 65* lie in my SW. Please donít ever sell those RomaRo without letting me know first

Not really, that is a similar lie angle to me depending on the progression.  At .5* steps I am a 65* at the PW and at 1* steps it is 8 iron...

I am generally 1 up from most USDM standards and 1.5-2 up from Japanese manufacturers. Vokey wedges for instance are 64* standard. Mizuno is 63*.

Also my loft progressions are 4* through 46* PW and my wedges are typically 50/55/60. 50/55 are almost exclusively full swing clubs

I have just started doing something similar, although I am keeping to 4* all through the set with a 50/54/58 wedge combo.

Now that I have received the Tensei iron shafts I need to nail down how I'm going to redeploy shafts into heads.  Last thing I need to do is try the Masda/Attas 120X combo for the first time this season.  I do not remember if I SS the set in addition to having the long hosel or if it was straight in.

Current thinking, subject to change, is to:
TS 909 - Tensei first hard stepped then maybe straight in depending on play
Masda - Attas 10 SX straight in
Epon P2 - Attas 115x SS x2
Roddio Meister - Roddio i10
PRGR Tune 01 - Roddio i10 or Waccine SS x 2 or Attas 120 SS x2
Yam - Roddio i10 or Waccine SS x 2  or Attas 120 SS x2
RR Pro - Roddio i10 or Waccine SS x 2  or Attas 120 SS x2
