Ale.....lots of ale  :P

Ian was going to say the Same...

I start by doing some lift exercise ... well my clubs in and out the car boot( trunk for all you Yankie doddle dandies)...

Then stretch , to tie my laces up on my Shoes!!

Then a little jog to the Tee as Iím usually late.....

Iíve done my wrist excercise the evening before with the Old Gal watching... not sure it helps my golf but she seems to enjoy it!!

Then golf... at the halfway house I loosen off again with a couple of Moretti beverages and then itís free wheel on the back Nine!!

That a few times a week is all the Excercise I need to get the ball out there....

Long live the G400....

Used to play Tennis at a very high level as a youth. Unfortunately, that took a toll on my back. Got tired of competing in tennis and went on to play American football. I am by no means a big guy (1.74 meters around 65 kg) but I was very quick and athletic. Played wide receiver but also that took a toll on my body. Had several ankle injuries that at some point, doctors recommended I step down from any dynamic sports. Since then I never really worked out anymore. I always hated jogging or cycling for conditioning. Soooooo boring. That is really how I got into golf. So, I am not the strongest nor the most flexible guy. I guess that is why I am not GolfWRX long.
Despite a bad body and aging I am actually picking up distance these days just due to better technique. I do stretch before start hitting balls because I need to activate my back. Otherwise, I can forget playing golf.

You are just turning into a monster, Ian
My work colleague in the UK told be about the nice hot weather you guys are enjoying? in recent days.

We've had gorgeous weather since early May. Hardly any rain. Doubt it'll beat our summer of '76 but it could be close :)

nobwas,

you probably have the most time with the rs-d, i know you mention the draw bias, but there is the ability to tweak it slightly. do you think it would be possible to set this head up for even the slightest of fade? i am anti left, and prefer to hit a power fade off the tee with a driver even when the shot does not necessarily call for it, so would it be possible to set this head up for at least neutral to slight fade or full fade?

secondly the face angle on these are pretty much square correct? not like a jbeam/crazy 435 where u can get a -2 open head.

finally, what is the face depth like on the rs-d compared to the jbeam/crazy crz-435 i know nothing really compares to the deepness of the baldo 568 competizion or the new blado ttx both in 420cc those are massive deep and really my preference, but...

As I understand the head is already somewhat draw biased by design even without the weight screws.
I donít think fade bias with this driver is a option.   But hey thatís me.  Perhaps others with the right skills can hit fades with this.

Face height is also semi shallow.  Definitely shallower than the JBeam 435.
I like my driver on the shallow side so it fits my eyes well.

The overall profile kind of reminds me of the P Tune PG 313 for a few years back.  However the RSD feels much more forgiving.

Fortunately, I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug, uh, regimen to keep my body, you know, uh, limber.

Can't top stu, he says it better than me...this is a great combo for me, surprisingly long, shaft is very very good just a lil whippy for me these days...I can't recall missing a fwy with the proceed...I don't miss many with anything but it's a good driver...launch is similar to my 10.5 103 only the proceed is a little longer...sound is not as pleasant as the 103, certainly not loud...stu puts it best...
