My favourites are the Itobori and Crazy combination. Great looking and they must feel fantastic. I bet they're forgiving too.

So I haven't managed to get it down to 4.  I reckon its the PXG that has to go but the build with the Roddio is just sooooooo good. 5 ain't too bad.

Man, I thought this site was gone for good so I never bothered to check! While Iíve lost interest in JDM lately, Iím still a gear head at heart. And I still have dozens of 5-15 year old JDM clubs & shafts in my garage that no longer are in my rotation. If it werenít such a PITA to ship overseas, I would post on BST. I know most of you are in SE Asia or the UK.  -Ed

Hi Ed. Do any of your stash of clubs need reviewing? Send 'em my way if so. I'll post a review of each then send them back to you :)

Ha! My review of them were published on the now-defunct Mottainai Golf site, gone forever!

Iím sure it has everything to do with your X flex swingspeed Ian vs my SR... Funny I can play X in driver no problem but irons are no go. Those Fubukis came in our irons trade a few years back...

Tried my share of graphite iron shafts, YMMV...

Smoothest: Roddio (hands down)
Best flighted: Steelfiber i95

Plays way too stiff for my old guy swing: Crazy CBI-02 Evolution, Fubuki AX i425

Good but not great: Quadra 100i, Tour AD 75, Recoil, OTi, MMT, MCI, Honma Vizard

The first 4 shafts you mentioned are really good. The Fubuki were suprisingly good. I didn't feel that the Crazy 02 were overly stiff, but it goes to show how different we all are when it comes to feel.

Anyone tried this.  Supposed to be super forgiving off the deck.  Also, if anyone knows who makes it for Crazy.  I haven't checked the Jbeam website in a while.

Good to see you back dude.  If you find the Roddio i series smooth, try the stella.  Smooth on another level.

Agree on the CBI02.. very very different to the CBI80 and yes, that plays very stiff to flex imo as well.

Have added some thoughts on the Fuji Diamond Speeder. Will add thoughts in the Roddio Stella in due course.
