Title: JDM Flighted shafts
Post by: Forecaddie on January 02, 2019, 03:00:37 PM
Curious to know if there are JDM shafts that are considered "Flighted"? Besides Rifle or AMTs?

The bangvoo iron shafts are progressively weighted going heavier from 5i to PW.  I'm not sure if their kick points are flighted as well.  Won't be surprised if they are.

My understanding of “flighted” is that the kickpoint is lower, the longer the shaft is...there are lots of iron shafts where this is the case, as art mentioned the bangvoo...this helps keep the short irons from ballooning and the in launching the long irons...to some degree I think this is the case with most premium iron shafts...
